Ben finds himself in Nerima, registers with the government and gets himself a job in a small teashop as well as enrolling as a senior at Furinkan High School. He spends the next few days observing the events around Ranma Saotome and when Tsubasa Kurenai arrives he knows exactly which point in the timeline he is at. He continues to watch things, has a short conversation with Nabiki Tendo and punts Happosai away. Ben then heads into the mountains on a training trip to teach himself to use many of the martial arts techniques used by the fighters in Nerima. Events begin to slowly spiral out of control after Ben demonstrates his new skills by flying to school one morning...
