“ Herb has a plan to cure Ranma of his curse. When he was cursed, the spirit of the girl that drowned in the spring entered him, now it's time to wake her up, and use the spring of drowned twins to make her a new body. The girl is connected to the Espers of the FF3 world, and one of them comes over to help out. So does his enemy, a nasty guy called Coldfire.[1] ”
